Condenser transformer bushing

Condenser transformer bushing is constructed with silicone rubber material to realize high-voltage insulation. These materials have excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength, can effectively isolate the high-voltage part of the transformer, and provide necessary safety protection in case of failure. It is suitable for transformers with an AC frequency of 50HZ/60Hz and a rated voltage of 12-40.5kV, installed on the transformer shell or cover. The oil-immersed part uses transformer oil as the insulation and arc-extinguishing medium. The bushing connects the transformer and the external lines.

Structures

Dry-type condenser transformer bushing uses  silicon rubber composite material or porcelain for  external insulation, dry-type insulation core for  internal insulation. The condenser core uses  patented stress-splitting buffer layer technology. It  reduces internal stress and makes product quality  stable, improves the tolerance of cold and hot  shock ability, and the level of safe operation.

no oil-filling, no gas, environmental protection, free maintenance, antipollution, reliable sealing, excellent antileakage performance. The  transformer bushing has high mechanical strength, it can withstand 1250N horizontal and vertical directions  of each 1-week duration tensile test.
